Our layout ensures a seamless transition for surgeons and patients alike, allowing us to comfortably accommodate high volume surgeons with an efficient turn around time of up to four cataracts per hour if required.

Due to the high number of eye procedures performed each year at the NSW Eye Centre we are able to offer a highly competitive cataract rate for your uninsured and uninsured pensioner patients when compared to other day surgeries in Sydney. Please call us to enquire about our current uninsured rates.
Location & Parking
The NSW Eye Centre is located within the Sydney Private Hospital. Conveniently located in a quiet tree lined street in Ashfield, the Eye Centre is close to Burwood, Campsie and the Inner West, and only 15mins from the CBD.
Free on site doctor and patient parking is available.
All Visiting Medical Officers performing procedures at The NSW Eye Centre must be approved by the Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Ophthalmic Medical Advisory Committee, Dr Jeremy Smith.
